WEAC members' votes make the difference
Tuesday is the day WEAC members will help change the course of history.
"Every vote is crucial on Election Day," WEAC President Stan Johnson said. "Tuesday's elections will determine the direction of our country and our schools. Please make sure you vote - and make sure your family and friends vote as well."
Because of the closeness of the presidential race and the dynamics of the Electoral College system, Wisconsin voters may determine the next president of the United States Tuesday.

An anti-WEAC editorial in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel last week drew a quick response.
The editorial charged that WEAC and Democratic legislators are "fanning upstate resentment of Milwaukee and Racine for the sake of short-term political gain" through the use of campaign literature that discusses charter schools.
